TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL
• These Terms of Service apply to all art commissions.
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
• Prices, rules, and Terms of Service may change at any time without prior notice.

2. COMMISSION PROCESS
• Clients must provide clear and complete references and descriptions before work begins.
• Once the commission is confirmed and payment is made, the order is considered final.
• Major changes to the concept after confirmation may result in additional fees.

3. PAYMENT
• Payment will be split into two stages (50% / 50%).
• 50% payment is required after the sketch is approved. The remaining 50% payment must be completed after the commission is finished, before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
• Work will not proceed to the final rendering stage until the first payment is received.
• Payments are non-refundable once each stage has begun.

4. REVISIONS
• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase (e.g. small pose adjustments, expression changes).
• No major revisions are allowed after the sketch has been approved.
• Revisions requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. TURNAROUND TIME
• Estimated completion time will be communicated after confirmation.
• Delays may occur due to health issues, emergencies, or queue load. Clients will be informed if delays happen.
• Rush orders may be available with additional fees, if agreed upon.

6. USAGE RIGHTS
• The client may use the artwork for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
• Personal use includes: profile pictures, banners, personal posts, and wallpapers.
• Commercial use is prohibited unless discussed and paid for separately.
• The artwork may not be altered, traced, or claimed as another artist’s work.

7. CREDIT
• Proper credit must be given to the artist when the artwork is posted publicly.

8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
• Clients may not cancel once work has started.
• If the artist cancels the commission for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued.
• No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed works.

9. ARTIST RIGHTS
• The artist reserves the right to post commissioned artwork in portfolios, social media, and galleries unless the client requests privacy beforehand.
• The artist is not responsible for how third parties use the artwork once it is publicly shared.

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT
The following content will not be accepted:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
- Explicit sexual content involving minors.

11. AI USAGE POLICY
• The commissioned artwork may not be used for any form of AI (Artificial Intelligence) purposes.
• This includes, but is not limited to: AI training, AI datasets, machine learning models, image generators, style learning, or any automated systems.
• Clients are strictly prohibited from feeding, uploading, modifying, or evolving the artwork into any AI-related use.
• Violation of this policy may result in legal action and permanent blacklisting.

12. AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service. Failure to comply may result in blacklisting and refusal of future commissions.
